What a better site to show first than the Aguinaldo Shrine in Kawit, Cavite? This historical landmark is where the Philippines declared itself independent from Spain.
The Aguinaldo Shrine is essentially the ancestral home of Emilio Aguinaldo. The house is now a museum showing memorabilia from Emilio Aguinaldo’s life. To the north of the house is the parking lot and where stands a memorial to the heroes of the Philippine Revolution.
