Here’s something for all you racing enthusiasts out there! Just outside Metro Manila in Carmona, Cavite is the Carmona Circuit Philippines. I believe this is the second-best multi-purpose racing circuit in the country after the Batangas Racing Circuit (which sadly doesn’t have any hi-res satellite photos in Google Maps yet). From what I’ve read, the Carmona Circuit is primarily a karting race course but it also hosts motorbike racing. I don’t think it’s big enough to support high-speed Formula 3 racing.

Looking at the satellite imagery in Google Maps (see thumbnail at the top of the article), you can see that the circuit, which runs clockwise, can be configured in four different ways by diverting two sections of the track. A loop of the track at the top can be closed off while a bump at the homestretch can be added. Using Google Earth, the shortest course runs 750 meters while the longest course goes over 1 kilometer.
Check out more pictures of the circuit at this PBase album.
